
Aeda R. Salim, MSc.
Project Manager & Research Coordinator
Aeda Salim is a global health scholar-practitioner who brings expertise in health systems governance, equity-oriented project management, and knowledge mobilization. Her experience spans health research, digital health integration, quality improvement and stakeholder coordination across Ontario Health Teams and global health governance projects.
She is also an incoming PhD student in Global Health at York University, where her research will focus on regional health governance, integrated care, and equity-driven health system transformation, with a particular emphasis on the Caribbean. Aeda holds an MSc in Global Health (McMaster) and has co-authored several publications focussed on health equity within Canada. She integrates Lean and PMP methodologies with inclusive, evidence-based approaches to drive sustainable health systems change.
